The management of portfolios of asset backed securities, investment grade and crossover corporate credit and leveraged loans in cash and synthetic form, either directly for clients or as collateral pools for public and private transactions.
Successor Manager mandates where Cairn Capital has been mandated to replace the original management entity. Within parameters established by the original transaction structure and portfolio collateral, Cairn Capital strives to deliver enhanced outcomes to investors. 
Fund Products
A structured credit fund deploying Cairn’s competitive advantage in fundamental credit understanding with detailed structural knowledge and technical capability, as well as a fund specialising in European leveraged loan opportunities.
Structuring & Advisory
Cairn Capital provides an independent advisory service together with a highly specialised credit markets capability to clients. Generally, the completed transactions will continue to be managed by Cairn Capital post execution. Cairn Capital`s advisory capability is being applied to restructuring efforts across the entire range of credit products and real estate to better safeguard the interests of investors.
