One down, two to go? Challenges facing the global derivatives industry; (the FSA view)

Many Cairn investors ask us about the ongoing development of the infrastructure of the credit derivative market in which we do much of our business. Cairn representatives recently participated in a panel discussion at the Regional ISDA Conference in London on the subject, responding to a speech delivered at the conference by Thomas Huertas, from the FSA (link).
The panel discussed the enormous progress the credit derivative market has made in improving documentation, confirmation and valuation standards, against a background of rapid volume growth.
