Folkert Jan is an analyst in the research group focused on financial institutions. He joined Cairn in 2009 and has ten years' experience in both buy- and sell-side firms in the UK and the Netherlands. Prior to Cairn he was responsible for credit research coverage of European financial institutions at Dresdner Kleinwort and for servicing Dresdner Kleinwort's client base, which included the worlds' largest institutional investors. Prior to that, Folkert Jan enjoyed a variety of analytical roles, including covering financial institutions at ABN Amro Asset Management and equities at Kempen & Co. He has a CEFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation.
