Roy is a member of the real estate group and joined Cairn in 2007. He was formerly Head of UK Corporate Banking Real Estate Finance at Royal Bank of Scotland since 1996 and a Chairman of the Divisional Credit Committee and member of the Group Credit Committee. Roy was also responsible for RBS/NatWest Corporate Banking operations in the U.S.A. following the acquisition of NatWest in 2000. Prior to 1996 he held various commercial lending positions at RBS, Kleinwort Benson, Standard Chartered and NatWest.
