Mark joined Cairn in 2007 and is an analyst in the research group. Prior to joining Cairn, he was an associate director in GE Capital's distressed debt and restructuring business where he lead distressed debt investments in mid-size companies. Prior to that, he worked in M&A and LBO advisory with Goldman Sachs and London-based boutique Hawkpoint Partners. Earlier in his career he worked for several years in strategy consulting with Arthur D. Little's Paris and San Francisco offices.
